Autism(ASD) kid

We have a 3 old kid,diagnosed with ASD. From last few weeks started ST,OT and also at home. Clinical Physicists says no medicines are required, just continue with the therapies with the kid. I am confused if we should consult with any other homo or aliphatic dr. Pls suggest.
