Hi, my son is 4 years old. He is physically very active and excellent motor skills but he is unable to focus enough to speak proper words or sentences. He doesn't respond to his name. He likes to play by himself and doesn't listen to instructions. He doesn't stay at one place for long time. Likes to unorganise things like making things fall of the table and climbing and sitting on that table. He likes to pick new things up and is not interested in his regular toys. He doesn't like play with other kids and plays in his own way. Kindly advice how I can improve his attention span and speech
