Ativan Escitalopram
Taking ativan 2mg for insomnia for 6 years , recent times struggling with sleep and excessive thinking. Doctor have added escitalopram 10mg along with Ativan, but If I take escitalopram facing gastric and burning during urination on next day. Please suggest.

You can try to step up escitalopram doses to 10 mg. Try first with 5 mg and then increase upto 10 mg after 5 days. Many times this decreases the gastritis and acidity. You can also consult your psychiatrist to discuss this issue.
