Ate rotten watermelon

I’m reaching out because my toddler accidentally ate a large amount of rotten watermelon earlier today. It had a bad smell and rotten taste, which I realized only after they had eaten it. So far, there are no symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, fever, or lethargy — but I’m concerned about possible food poisoning or bacterial exposure. Could you please advise what I should monitor over the next 24–48 hour

Typically, they aren't too harmful, so just keep an eye on her. If it’s only a little bit, there’s no need to stress. Just watch out for the symptoms you already know about.
