Asymptomatic hyperuricaemia

Asymptomatic hyperuricaemia for 4 years. Uric acid level around 7-9. On and off pain but not severe. Allopurinol taken for 2 months 4 yrs ago. Not on any medication. Worried that hyperuricaemia will lead to kidney problems. Kindly help

Try to restrict animal protien Hyperuricemia at 7-9 may not require active drug treatment Try to keep well hydrated And keep low salt diet U can repeat uric acid and consult me for more queries Let me knw if ur taking some medicine for other disease
