I have asthma since 9 years but nowdays chest congestion problem arrive daily Everyday i am suffering from asthma attack but after taking my inhaler it becomes normal but cough don't come out after taking inhaler it only relieve only in chest tightness but after 16-18 hour again asthma attack happen In this i suffer from chest congestion ,breathlessness, high Heart beat Instead of taking only inhaler what medicines and treatment should i take

You may need increase in dose of inhalers or change of medications depending on the type and dose of inhaler you use currently. Consult a pulmonologist.
