I was told a have asthma from my childhood from doctors. So I steadily moved from inhaler/spacer to cerefolo rotocaps 100 to cerefolo rotocaps 250 and I just needed 1 rotocaps in 1-3 days but now I am not feeling well from too long I now have to take 1 every day. I continously have blocked nose and respiratory issue during early in morning. Tell me what should I do.
