Asthama n allergic rhinti

Hi. I am suffering from both allergic Rhinitis and asthma. My pulmologist doc has suggested me to take rota caps daily along with Allegra-M. My concern was that though I feel fine with it, I don't feel best with my nasal breathing. Can someone pls share their opinion on how can I solve my condition
