My son 4 year old weight 20 kg is mild asthamatic and he is on inhaler. Can he eat curd..? He is not allergic to curd or dairy product. Is curd safe to eat in asthama?

Curd doesn't directly benefit in asthma. It is natural probiotic for gut so very helpful in that. If the kid is not allergic than can give surely.
