Asthakind LS syrup for cough ?

Hi Doctor, I have given 2.5ml of asthakind LS syrup to my 1 year baby for cough. He is  sleeping more n looks tired. Kindly suggest whether to continue using this syrup for cough or not. He is having running nose n cough.

How long this cold and fought Ash they have antihistamine they will feel tired ... and so Generally running nose it take 1 week time with any treatment also
