Aspidosperma need an indication  to be advised in a patient .It's potency and dosage to be decided by a physician only . I suggest you do not self medicate yourself . As its been circulated in the messages its not the ONLY medicine for cough .

It can be taken 5 drops three times a day. If there is no improvement in 1-2 days then it is clearly wrong medicine and you should stop it.
