Aspergillus igg antibodies - 156 U/mL Aspergillus igm antibodies - 2.35 U/mL Cavity in lung- sputum cbnaat failed, doctor said it's tb based on attached report. Had a doubt on Fung infection did this aspergillus test, should I take treatment for aspergillus though igm is good? Should I consult the same pulmonologist with this report or not did to worry about aspergillus
