Kindly help , how to cleanse the anal area after toilet ,as one of our relative is suffering from burning problems after toilet ,constipation problems for 1 year,though she has taken ayurveda,homoeopathic medicines,also taking sitz bath,and used  proctosedyl Cream before. But after the medicines duration end,again problems started like feeling tear type inside anal area ,after toilet ,hard stools ,sometimes burning also. She can't now also cleanse that area after toilet with water with hand,because of burning sensation and it created problems . Kindly help ,without any surgery ,how to cure the problems permanently and also kindly help ,any alternative how to cleanse the area untill the problems get cured fully,she can't also put oil or anything in that area by touching hand ,Doctor prescribed her . What is alternative to cleanse the area after toilet now without touching hand there with water or how to do,and also help to cure these problems permanently, without surgery treatment .
