ASD and PDA issue in 3.5 years old boy

My son has 4mm PDA and 7mm ASD. Can these defects affect his growth or should we go for any closure procedure? please reply as I am very concerned about his health.

If his weight gain is poor despite adequate intake, then closing these defects will definitely help his growth.
