since i guess you dont have pain...there should be no problem in starting your Rehabilition...
i really cant comment on General shoulder rehab protocol if thats what your ortho/physio has given....but tailor made exercise are the need of the hour for you for early recovery....also it becomes all the more important if you are a bowler.
