Arthritis related pain

I am taking adalimumab 40 mg once in two weeks for my arthritis. Cannot contact my rheumatologist because staying in other state. Can I take any injections for pain relief because cannot take tablets because of fatty liver and some irregularity ecotexture surface type of thing.
