This friend of mine is suffering from a severe pain in the back, lower back, joints and in the portion between the knees and the ankle of the foot. This pain is accompanied by mild fever and rashes over hands & lower back. Also skin went thicker on the hand and on the fingers. Unable to get up & sit back due immense pain. What is it?
