This is probably Rheumatoid arthritis..which is a auto immune type of arthritis.
It is not osteoarthritis.
Rheumatoid arthritis affects small joints of hand and foot along with joints like elbow, wrist etc.
Known for swelling, inflammation and deformities at later stages .
Treatment is conservative with medications ranging from simple medications to biologics.
