I have in medication for arthritis problem as my crp level is 17 and I have swollening in my left and right hand below the shoulder and above the elbow and my doctor has suggested to wear a wrist band in my right hand with the Little finger support and for left hand am wearing the elbow support bad ... and I did my physiotherapy for week and even massaged with the ice pack .

Take medicines to improve your reports and continue physio for improving the side effects which u r having becz of crp level. Control protein intake in diet. May be ur body will take some time to improve with physio but i m sure it will.
