But you have to maintain all precautions like use mask while going outside, wash your hands frequently, don't touch your hands to mouth, eyes and nose, keep distance of at least 1meter from others Rx    Arsenicum album 30 3drops early morning at empty stomach for 3days repeat the dose after a month.
