Hello....... It could be hemmoroids, local examination is required to confirm... If you are suffering from constipation drink lot of water, add fibre containing fruit and vegetables in your diet.. You can also use stool softener. 1 tsp at night.. See you are having bleeding on defecation.. Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital.
