There is a huge lump under one armpit and sometimes it pains. It has been there for quite some time now. Please advice what could be the cause, how to diagnose and treatment. What doctor to consult?

If the lump is for many months or years it can be lipoma.. You should see a general surgeon... If the lump is small hard and painful it can be hidradenitis.. You need to consult dermatologist... The presented photo is not giving clear view of the lump
