Armpit lump, its really painful

Have armpit lump, it really hurts and i got it after i shaved and its been hurting for days now. I put heat on it and it only made it bigger, then i have been trying ice and i dont think its helping and i dont know what to do. Will you please help me im in pain and can barley move my arm

It can be an abscess in the armpit. You will have to take antibiotics to dry it up. You can try augmentin- duo 625 three times daily after meals. Take tablet zinase-D twice daily to reduce the pain. If needed the lump may need to be drained out surgically if medications fail after 5 days. Dont use heat or ice as they won't help
