How to disringuish whether i have auxlilleary fat pad or normal fat im noticing from one weak i have fibroids in my breast .non painful no lump it just bumpy looking feeling soft to press it is under my underarms and looking swagging like to breast and hands between

Get the breast examination done by a surgeon and sonomammography done If required then FNAC It may be normal fat or hypertrophic axillary tail which is extension of the normal breast tissue

Normally you need not worry about these. It can be hypertrophic tail of breast. If it is cosmetically making a problem, you can undergo surgery after proper consultation
