Armpit fat that doesn't respond to exercise or diet. What non invasive procedure can be done to get rid of it? Is Kybella available in India or Coolsculpting? Plz guide about options. Photo attached.

looks like accessory breast tissue.It would be advisable to go for surgical reduction only rather than investing on non invasive procedure which are not going to be effective FYI, coolsculpting is available in india and kybella is available under different brand
