Areols protrude towards nipple and size changes enormously is it the normal? Since 4 to 5 months I started going gym and I find that is happening to me after that. But when something cold comes in contact i.e. while taking bath they(areols) becomes reduce in size and becomes hard and looks normal.what is the problem??
