Hello doctor, I've attached the picture. Can you confirm if these are heat rashes? They are there on the upper body front and back and few on thighs. What remedies do you suggest?

Yes looks like heat rash in the photo. Use antifungal dusting powder ( candid prickly heat powder) If it's itching too much then you can take tab levocitrazin 5 mg at night. Drink plenty of water. Avoid direct sunlight ( use umbrella) Wear loose clothes. Take bath 2 to 3 times in a day.
