I booked an appointment for eye check up. just now I got a call from doctor clinic that my appointment has been cancelled due to unavailability of doctor. how do I get rs 1000 on practo ?
If you have reached the clinic and the doctor is not available due to an emergency, unfortunately you can't claim from practo. As you have received a call from clinic before you have reached, in this scenario you cannot claim. Anyways its best to contact practo guys and they will call up the clinic to ascertain the sequence of events
