I'm applying clindamycin gel daily on my face once a day at night before sleeping  and wash in morning from 6 to 7 years as it keeps acne in control. Will it be very dangerous and cause side effects in long run?

Not for long time.. treatment depends on the grade....Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
