Apple Cider Vinegar for Fatty Tumors

Hello, I want to know if Apple Cider Vinegar is effective for Lipomas. I have 7-8 lipomas on my body. On thigh, arm, armpit, stomoch, back, chest, etc. Some of them are of 1 cm in diameter and some are smaller. Some of them pain when pressed/got pressured by something. I have heard that Kanchanar Guggulu is effective but I have GERD problem and Guggulu makes it worse. Recently I heard that Apple Cider Vinegar is effective in curing Lipomas. I want to know is there any side effect. Tell me the remedy. I mean how to consume it and what amount of it to be consumed, etc. Thank you.

lipoma generally wont affect body in any ways . kanchanar guggul is one of the medicines that u can use for lipoma . but u must treat GERD prior to any treatment . self medication is not recommended even ayurvedic medicines
