Hello doctors , do we are ttc since last 4 months and last week we met a gyneac who arranged for different tests . All hormonal levels were fine except AMH which is 0.78. Mri reports showed A large well defined posterior subserosal fibroid arising from the fundus of the uterus. Posteriorly the fibroid is seen indenting on the rectum. It shows peripheral focus of T1FS and T2 hyperintensity - ? Degenerating fibroid. Small well defined T1FS hyperintense lesion showing hyperintense signal with internal hypointensity on T2 in left ovary – likely hemorrhagic cyst. Right ovary measures 3.7 x 1.6 cm. Left ovary measures 2.6 x 1.3 cm. Small well defined T1FS hyperintense lesion measuring ~ 1 x 0.8 cms showing hyperintense signal with internal hypointensity on T2 in left ovary. Both ovaries are normal in size What are the chances of getting pregnant with this ? On day 13 of period usg follicle showed 7 follicles on left and 3 follicles on right . Kindly suggest the chance even for IVF

Since your amh  levels are poor difficult to predict the success with your own eggs with IVF you should try going for donor egg
