APLA test results

I had 2 miscarriages in 8th week, past 2 years. So I had to take an APLA test and the results showed my Beta-2 glcoprotein - IgM level is 29.78 (positive). I consulted a doctor online and she suggested me to take heparin injections daily after conceiving. Is this the only way or is there any other ways for treating this? Is it going to be a risky pregnancy? And should I leave my job and completely take rest after getting pregnant?

Heparin is absolutely safe in pregnancy. But along with heparin, you need to take aspirin, which should be started before pregnancy. Both of these, together, can significantly reduce the risk of pregnancy complications (miscarriage, high blood pressure, fetal death, premature delivery).
