Measures to keep stool soft:
1. Plenty of fruits and vegetables
2. Plenty of oral fluids 3-4L/ day
3. Regular exercises
4. Avoiding: oily/ spicy/ non veg food and all kinds of addictions.
5. Maintaining a routined lifestyle (timely meals and fixed time sleep)
If above is also not working well, ISABGOL powder 4tsp with Luke warm water/milk at bed time, for 5-10 days.
