Any natural remedy for constipation? I am having trouble going motion. While i pass urine, its very hot. Please suggest

Eat fiber rich food. Take lsabgol  2tsf with warm water at night       regularly. Drink warm water with a dash of lemon on empty stomach in the morning.                  Syr citralka 10ml with water 3     times a day.
