Can any one suggest me some antibiotics for this infection i have fever but it got subsidise body pains vomiting sensation headache and giddiness

Niftas 100mg thrice a day after food for 7 days. Syp. Citralka 10ml in 100ml water thrice a day for 5 days. Plenty of fluids.
