Mam,why haven't you undergone a crown in your tooth #15? Might be it has crack because biting hard food without crown(cap).If your root canal tooth is paining then get CBCT done of that tooth,it will help in diagnosing the problem properly.

Hello Pain and sensitivity in a few teeth you have said So are these few teeth present in right upper front region? It would be helpful if you can share clinical picture of your front teeth. Slight bone loss in upper central and lateral, supra eruption of upper left molar because the opposing tooth is extracted.

Thanks for sharing Xray! Upper right 5 has a periapical lesion(at the end of roots in bone) not healed despite root canal treatment. Both upper and lower wisdom teeth on right side are decayed. Lower left premolars also show some periapical changes on Xray ,but not very clear ,a small periapical Xray is better in diagnosing recurrent decay and infections. Please visit another dentist ,they will be able to guide you .

Madam the upper third molar looks decayed,and all the roots till premolar are in close proximity to the maxillary sinus.hence every time the sinus gets inflamed, you'll have dull pain in that area. The second premolar which is having RCT done, has an apical lesion. The first premolar on right side shows mild changes in the root apex area. This tooth evg x ray will be needed to visualise clearly Also the left side upper second molar is supra erupted because of which the root area might not have bone cover, only gums covering will be there. this also can be a reason for sensitivity Can you provide me with a history of the pain 1. since how long is it there ? 2. Was there any common cold during the pain episode?
