Any infection due to breast sucking?

I felt some liquid in my mouth while kissing/sucking my girlfriends nipple. She is not pregnant or anything, will it cause any issues for me or her? Is there any harm in sucking nipples hardly?

It must have been a prolonged vigorous sucking of the breast which led to the milk secretion.  It should not be done routinely because it will lead to High level of Prolactin level in the blood of the woman and lead to permanent problems in her female sex hormones levels and lead to irregular menstrual cycles.
