There was 3 follicles formed. My dominant follicle was in size 18mm, second one was 15mm and third was 12mm.. My doctor made it rupture through HCG 10000 shot. However without thinking we had sex continuously and got positive in my pregnancy test took at home. I went to my doctor and gave my blood samples. Now the betahcg result report found to be 36,900 at my 5weeks and 3days. My doctor says that my value is high and there could be chances of carrying multiples. We're now really scared as we already had multiples and lost them in preterm delivery at 27th week. Is there be no chance of Singleton.? Why my value is high? Are there a chances for all follicles got fertilized? My LMP - 26/09/2019
