ACL partial tear of 3/4 and MCL total tear doctor adviced course of 6 months from October to March but I had the medicine for 3 months up to December. Can I continue the same medicine, because I have severe pain to my injured left leg knee and also right leg knee and back of above the thigh in hip of my right leg .

IMHO. Medicines have no role in healing of the ligaments. It is only the appropriate rest and the rehabilitation that helps them to function. Your pain can be due to instability secondary to ligament injuries and more importantly due to the patellofemoral joint issues in the left injured knee. Pain in the right knee and hip is due to your overuse of that leg since almost a year as a compensation.
Next Steps
you require a review. do a skyline view of both knees. meanwhile avoid sitting on lower heights, take a stick, do stretching exercises.
Health Tips
we can do a teleconsultation if you want.
