Anxiety ,poor sleep.

I have been suffering with anxiety and stress since a time now ... Which lead to poor sleep pattern and more worrying about it. I worry that I'm not able to live a healthy and stable life. I am not able to carry forward my studies and stable emotional life. Last night it was difficult for me to breath and I didn't sleep whole night... Right now it's 2:59 pm. And again I felt difficulty for a defined period of time. Is it necessary for me to consult someone ?? ... Or I can handle it myself ? ...if I would have asked a psychologist then they will suggest me to consult them...that is why I wanna ask what should I do. Can I feel better by maintaining good sleeep hygiene ? And fixed sleeping routine ,exercise and healthy food?? ...

Yah you can do it by yourself by doing simple things and you need to focus on you are own and no need to worry or panic about anything.first thing if you are using smart phone and surfing more and more, then you should avoid watching or surfing internet unnecessarily. Forget everything and go to bed early take your self more time and relax ...

Take proper diet and having plenty of fluids and seasonal fruits  timely sleep and doing yoga also  will help lot and reduces anxiety and stress which will get proper sleep

2 steps action : 1 st take charge of u self ,ur body, ur routine, ur habits Change of small,simple things means a lot, pamper yourself for this ,say yes I have done / I can do it 2 nd may take councilling session from phycologist

Do u have loss of interest?.Did ur weight change?..not able to think r concentrate?.. Feeling unnecessary guilt Feeling tired all the time?..are u scared of anything unnecessarily? .. If yes for any of these...consult a psychiatrist. .. But first of all believe in u...take charge of urself...everyone has one or the other issue...try to sonquer it by urself. ..
