Your reports being normal is reassuring. At 29 years, the risk of Colorectal Cancer is very low without symptoms like persistent bleeding, weight loss, or altered bowel habits. What you’re experiencing sounds like health anxiety after family loss. Focus on regular exercise, balanced diet, good sleep, and limit internet symptom searching. Seek counseling if anxiety persists.

Your reports are normal, which is reassuring. At your age 29, the chance of colon or rectal cancer is very low, especially if you do not have warning signs. Your symptoms seem more related to health anxiety, which is common after seeing illness in close relatives. Please focus on: -Regular exercise and good sleep - Stress management (meditation, relaxation) -Avoid repeatedly searching symptoms online -Maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle Consult if you have persistent weight loss, blood in stool, severe continuous abdominal pain, or persistent change in bowel habits.
