I had little chest pain that night. I thought of getting a check. Here QTC is long. Is it life threatening. Sincerely requesting for your guidance

Your QTc is not long it's around 400 msec. Usually just a prolonged QTc doesn't lead to cheat pain, it leads to arrhythmias and that is also not the case in your ecg. If symptoms persist consult your cardiologist.
