Hello,  i got first panic attack in 2017. Was always stressful life since childwood. Before panic attacks i used to drink and smoke weed, cigarettes for almost year. And one day decided to quit all of them and i quit. After quitting got panic attacks and start all this.... i take psy treatment for one and half year he prescribed me some antidepressants and alprazolom, clonazepam. I quit these medicines three months ago after long tappering as per psy recommenditon. Now I'm medicines free but facing alprazolam withdrawal symptoms like.. neck stiffness and tension headache. And sometimes derealization . Two days ago i visited homeopathy doctor he prescribed me kali phos 6x. Two tab morning and two night . Is there any side effects of this tab.... scared to take medicines cuz alredy tooks too much medicines.
