Not enough details of your problems when do you feel anxious? Have you taken any medications or not? Have u shown to any doctor?
If you are feeling anxious then try to take a few deep breaths and do meditation in the morning for 10 to 15 min focus ur energies to some positive feeling
As for medications u need to consult a doctor either neurologist or psychiatrist for the same.
