Hello , All of suddenly I stated having old sensation i body for second and dizziness.chest flutter feel like heart stop for second I have done my ecg, tmt,blood test , mri,sonogrqphy all came normal doctor says it's anxiety but episode comes when no stress. Even at the time of watching tv. Very scare with this type of episodes. I have chest pain right and left both mostly center bottom. But last only for secou ds when this type of episode come I in starts having vomiting sensation. Please suggestions
