Hello sir/madam, can anxiety caused be due to lowering of certain vitamin levels? i have. a low vitamin d3 (33) and b12 (156) .Am facing heavy anxiety issues since past few days. it leaves me shaky.why it will onset all of sudden. am under anxiety medicines now. please advise what to be done.
