Had abrupt palpitations especially before sleep and was having problem sleeping at night due to it. Doctor prescribed nexito plus ( having for last 3 months).Now even i stop it for 1 day i don't feel good, headache etc happen. What should i do to recover naturally ? Dctor told me to hav it for six mnth. Shud i continue??
