Anxiety and overthinking

Am married for 2 years and living happily with husband. But Small small  things and actions  Leads to negative thinking. Most of the time in bad mood.. Anger , irritated and overthinking. Can not sleep on time in night , leads to negative thoughts and crying. But when I sleep it's get tough to get up on morning Takes much time to get up from bed. All this doesn't happen during office hours, quite happy , proactive during office hours .

Sometimes our mind gets emotional on trivial matters because our expectations from others become unrealistic. In this state irritation and frustration sets in. So in order to come out of it try to avoid confrontation, let go things and expect a little less.
