Feeling of fear and anxiety when disturbed by some sound while sleeping. Using amlopres and telma 40 since 5 months. Done my echo and ecg. Showing hardening of heart muscles and then prescribed the medicine.

Hello, You are hypertensive and the echo shows LV Hypertrophy due to bp. However, your present symptoms are not related to that. These look more like anxiety symptoms. Continue taking bp medicines regularly and start meditation and regular exercise to get rid of the anxiety. Take care. Stay safe
