I have been feeling a lot more anxious and depressed since a long time. Never taken professional help. It is now affecting my confidence, social life and work. I have lost my mother to breast cancer in 2013 and Father cause of Cardiac arrest in 2019. I have had a failed toxic relationship for 9 years broke up in 2019. I have a constant fear of losing my loved ones and feeling unworthy. I am unable to have peaceful sleep or make decisions quickly. What can I do about it?

Hi, it's not uncommon feeling low in mood following death in family. For most people go through process such as shock, anger, sadness and finally they will accept and move on .most people move on within 3-6 months time but some can continually feel low in mood what we call  depression or depressive episode .it is is similar process in relationships breakdown. Medications and talking therapy helps to recover.
